Refund & Return Policy

At JP Smitty Sauce, we take pride in producing high-quality Ontario-made products. Customer
satisfaction is important to us, and we will always do our best to make things right if there is an
issue with your order.

Food Products

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are
considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
 Opened products
 Products purchased by mistake
 Products that do not meet personal taste preferences
 Gift cards


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
 Your order number
 A description of the issue
 Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Upon review, we may provide:

 A replacement product
 A refund to the original payment method

The remedy offered will be determined at the discretion of JP Smitty Sauce.

Shipping Damage

If your package is damaged during transit, please retain all packaging materials and contact us
within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5–10
business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Order Changes & Cancellations 


Orders may be cancelled or modified only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
